What is the return policy?
We offer a 14‑day return window, giving you 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Please also keep your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service (such as Royal Mail Tracked) to ensure your parcel is fully traceable. If a return parcel goes missing in transit, we are unable to issue a refund. In this case, a claim would need to be made directly with the courier.
Once your return is received, the item will be inspected. If we believe the item has been worn, damaged, or is not in its original condition, we will not be able to issue a refund and we will not cover the cost of sending the item back to you.
To start a return, please contact us through our website’s contact form with your order number and the item you’d like to return. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you the return address and full instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
We aim to respond to all return requests as soon as possible, typically within 24–48 hours.
Please allow 3–5 working days for inspection and processing once we receive your return.
Refunds can take 3–10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.

Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
Every item is ready to ship from the UK, and we work hard to process orders as quickly as possible.
You'll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in Dubai by trusted partners who specialise in high‑quality abayas and modestwear. We carefully select our manufacturers to ensure every piece meets our standards for quality, craftsmanship, and value. All items are then checked and shipped from the UK.
Do you offer international shipping and returns?
Yes, we offer international shipping to the UK, US and selected European countries.
All orders are dispatched from the UK, and delivery times and shipping costs will vary depending on your location.
International orders may go through customs checks and may incur import duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
International returns follow our standard Returns Policy, however return postage for international orders must be covered by the customer.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
