At House of Sanjana, we take great care to ensure every abaya meets our quality standards. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must not be a final sale item.
- The item must not have been custom tailored, altered, or personalised in any way.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, odour, makeup, perfume, or tampering will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
International Returns
International orders (including the US and Europe) follow our standard Returns Policy.
Return postage for international orders must be covered by the customer, and we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Please note that any customs duties or import taxes paid on international orders are non‑refundable.
Final Sale Items
Certain items are non‑returnable:

- Items marked as Final Sale
- Custom‑tailored or altered pieces
These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered:

Faults reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
